Our Vision is to be leaders in the pharmacy profession, we’re committed to providing optimal patient care. Part of this is offering Compounding Services.

Compounding is the art and science of creating personalized medicine. It all starts with a problem: the child who can’t swallow pills, the patient with gluten allergy, the much needed drug that is not commercially available.

That is where we come in. We offer special flavouring, unique dosage forms, innovative delivery methods. For our patients, compounding can be life-changing, even life saving.

Further to this, we provide consultation services regarding diabetic education, weight-loss and nutrition, pain management, hormone management, and more.

Meet Our Pharmacists

Mike Riad

Mag (Mike) R.Ph, B.Sc.Phrm, MBA, graduated in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy, then obtained an MBA from City University Seattle, WA, USA. In 1999 Mike furthered his studies at the University of Toronto and Seneca College for another year. Successfully obtaining these certificates, he attended training, notably University of Toronto, University of Florida, USA and many others to obtain more certification. Mike is also a certified fitter, injector, and trained compounding pharmacist.

Kent Wilson

Kent Wilson completed his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Toronto and later went on to complete a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, New York. Kent brings to Tremont Pharmacy a wide range of training and education in the pharmacy field including clinical and corporate experiences. Kent has had clinical pharmacy experience in emergency medicine, general medicine and in critical care.

Simon Boulis

Simon Boulis, RPh, B.Sc. CDE is a Compounding Pharmacist, Diabetic educator with over 10 years of experience. My passion is to provide the best health care and support, tailored to every and each patient of mine.

Mohsin Qureshi

Mohsin Qureshi completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of the Punjab Pakistan in 2015. He obtained his pharmacy license in the province of New Brunswick, and later in Ontario. Mohsin has been practicing Pharmacy since 2018 offering a vast knowledge and wide variety of professional services.
