Our Pharmacist

Mag (Mike) R.Ph, B.Sc.Phrm, MBA, graduated in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Alexandria , then obtained an MBA from City University Seattle, WA, USA. Mike moved to Canada specifically, the Niagara Region with his family in 1999, where he furthered his studies at the University of Toronto and Seneca College. He attended academic training at various Universities notably the University of Toronto, and the University of Florida, USA to successfully obtain all his certifications. Mike has an extended scope of practice, offering a wide range of clinical experiences and knowledge. Additionally, he is a certified medical device fitter, vaccination administrator, and specialty trained compounding pharmacist.

Early in his career, Mike owned two of the busiest Shoppers Drug Mart stores in the region but in 2009 he decided it was time to open his own store. His mission was to provide individualized, superior customer tailored service to his patients unlike the rapid pace he had previously experienced. That is how Tremont Medical Pharmacy was born. Since then he has opened and owned six pharmacies all following the same vision: To serve the needs of patients in the Niagara Region.
